You're invited to our public consultation event

Local people are being asked for their feedback on proposals for new homes and community facilities on a site known as ‘Land at Woolwell’. The proposals, being promoted by Barwood Land, include up to 2,000 new homes across a range of sizes and tenures. The proposals will also provide a range of community benefits including a large new community park, new sports fields, a site for a primary school, and a new local centre.

Located between Woolwell and Bickleigh, in Bickleigh Parish, the site has been included as an allocation in in the emerging Plymouth and South West Devon Local Joint Plan. The Joint Local Plan has been the subject of extensive public consultation and Barwood’s plans seek to respond to those previously expressed views.

Public consultation drop-in events will be held as follows:

3:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday 26th June 2018

10:00am to 2:00pm Wednesday 27th June 2018
